These terms govern your use of this website and the quotations we provide through it. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Contracts for products or services are made separately in writing and may contain additional or different terms.
1. Who we are
We supply energy equipment and related services, and the contract for any order sets out the exact scope. You can reach us at info@dunamisenergyapps.com.
2. Website use
You may browse the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a disruptive rate or submit false, abusive or misleading information through our forms. We may suspend or restrict access at any time.
3. Information, guides and case studies
The content on this website, including FAQs, guides, tips and illustrative case studies, is general information to help you understand energy options. It is not engineering, legal, tax or financial advice and does not replace a site-specific design. Electrical, structural and regulatory requirements vary by location, so you should obtain professional advice before acting. Performance figures, savings and lifespans are indicative and depend on your site, equipment, usage and maintenance.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a contract. A quotation is based on the information you provide and any assumptions we state, and it remains valid for the period shown on it. Quotations may change if site conditions, requirements, exchange rates, taxes, supplier prices or equipment availability change. A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation or order confirmation and we accept your order.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the currency on the quotation and, unless stated otherwise, exclude taxes, duties, delivery and installation. Payment terms, deposits and milestones will be set out in the contract. We may suspend work or delivery if payments are overdue.
6. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk in goods passes on delivery, and title passes when we receive full payment, unless the contract says otherwise. You must inspect goods on delivery and tell us promptly about damage or shortages.
7. Installation and site responsibilities
For installation services you are responsible for providing safe access, accurate information, required permissions, and a structure and electrical system suitable for the works unless we agree to assess them. We may need to adjust the scope if hidden conditions, such as defective wiring or roof damage, are discovered.
8. Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, whose terms, exclusions and claim procedures apply. Workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated in the contract. Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, lack of maintenance, improper operation, accidents, lightning, flood or other events outside normal use, and nothing excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Safety and compliance
Energy equipment can be dangerous. You must follow operating and safety instructions and allow only qualified persons to modify or service the system. You are responsible for obtaining permits, grid approvals and insurance that apply to your project unless we agree to do so.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, savings or business interruption, and our total liability under a contract is limited to the price paid for the relevant products or services, unless the contract or applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Intellectual property
The website text, design and logo belong to us or our licensors. Photographs are supplied by Unsplash and Pexels under their licences. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use, but you must not copy or republish content commercially without permission.
12. Links and third parties
The website may link to or load services from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
13. Privacy and consent
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Consent Policy.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruption, strikes, grid failures, regulatory changes or restrictions on imports.
15. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dunamis Energy is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
